We will retire the Safe attachment file types report from Microsoft Defender for Office 365 beginning June 14, 2021.
We are also retiring the PowerShell cmdlets associated with the Safe attachment file types report:

and
"https://docs.microsoft.com/powershell/module/exchange/get-maildetailmalwarereport" Get-MailDetailMalwareReport.
