Details:

Off-shift access control enables IT administrators to manage their Firstline Workers' access to Teams outside payable hours. Option 1 is a new setting that can be enabled to provide a blocking dialog to Firstline Workers when they access the Teams app on their personal devices outside payable hours. It prompts employees to accept that they will not be getting paid for time spent on Teams to ensure employees are not involuntarily working while not on shift and helps employers to comply with labor regulations. The users then need to provide consent to the dialog before being able to access their app.
