Details:

Updated September 15, 2020: We have completed the rollout for iOS. The rollout for Android is taking longer than expected. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please see the updated roll-out timeline below
If you do not have users who are using the "https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory/user-help/user-help-auth-app-overview" Microsoft Authenticator app on their mobile devices for two-factor authentication, you may safely ignore this message.
Microsoft Authenticator "https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/active-directory/user-help/user-help-auth-app-faq" App Lock will soon be "https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-active-directory-identity/microsoft-authenticator-app-lock-now-enabled-by-default/ba-p/1257368" enabled by default if the user has set up a PIN or biometric on the device.
When this will happen
For iOS, we are rolling this out gradually in mid-August and should be complete by the end of August. Complete
For Android, we are rolling this out gradually in late September (previously August) and should be complete by mid-October (previously mid-September).
