Updated June 30, 2020: Thank you for your feedback. At this time we will not be moving forward with rolling out the feature as originally outlined. Please see the changes below. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
Microsoft To Do will support list sharing between personal and work accounts. This lets users in your organization join, view, modify, and add data to lists owned by personal Microsoft accounts.

When this will happen
We will begin rolling out to Targeted release in July (previously mid-June).
We will begin rolling out to all customers in August and expect to be complete by the end of September.
