Updated August 19, 2020: Based on learnings from our early rings, we have made the decision to make additional changes to the code which requires us to adjust the timeline below.
We are improving the hyperlink and date and time field editors in SharePoint lists and document libraries. We are also making it possible to create all column types directly from Quick Edit. All the data in existing hyperlink and date and time fields will be retained and unchanged.
