Updated June 16, 2020: To ensure the best possible experience for our users, we are delaying some of our deployments to reduce the amount of change flowing into the services. We are continuing the roll-out to Monthly Channel.
Microsoft 365 tenant global administrators and Office Apps Administrators will be notified about incidents affecting their users with a new right-side panel notification in Outlook for Windows.

When this will happen
This notification will show up in the Microsoft 365 Monthly Channel Targeted (Insiders Slow Channel) update for rolling out in late April and will likely take 3-4 weeks before it’s introduced to Production, Monthly Channel.
