Starting in October 2025, these administrators will have the ability to reassign the "books" (shared agents) to a new "librarian" (licensed user) if the current one leaves or transitions to a different role. This ensures that the agents continue to be managed effectively without any disruption.

When an agent is reassigned, the new owner will have full control, much like how a new librarian would have the authority to manage the book. They can edit, delete, and access any files associated with the agent.
