MC215017 (Updated) Outlook for Windows Introduces Roaming Signatures The feature is on by default.
Traditionally, signatures were stored locally on a user's Windows device. With this feature, signatures will now be associated with an email account.
Signatures will be stored in the user mailbox and will be available on any devices running Outlook for Windows that has been configured with that email account.
When the feature becomes available, Outlook will read the existing local signatures. Outlook will copy signatures selected as default for New messages or Replies/forwards to the account mailbox, making them available across multiple devices.
We will begin rolling this out to Microsoft 365 Monthly Channel, Targeted, in late September (previously July). (This is Insiders Slow Channel which will soon be called Microsoft Beta.)
We expect to roll this out to the Monthly Channel, Production, in late November (previously October).

MC217339 (Updated) Add shortcuts to shared folders in your OneDrive in Public Preview Users will be able https://support.microsoft.com/office/add-shortcuts-to-shared-folders-in-onedrive-for-work-or-school-d66b1347-99b7-4470-9360-ffc048d35a33 add a shortcut to any shared folder from Shared with me or Shared libraries in OneDrive or from SharePoint.
After a user adds a shortcut, it will appear in their OneDrive as a folder with a link icon at the OneDrive root. Owner information will be visible in the Sharing column to differentiate it from their content.
Users will be able to access these shortcuts in OneDrive on the web, the OneDrive sync app, the OneDrive Android app, and Microsoft Teams. Support for additional products, such as the OneDrive iOS app, will be available in the next few months.
When syncing OneDrive, these shortcuts will automatically appear in OneDrive across all devices. The exception; if a user adds a shortcut to a SharePoint folder that they were already syncing, that previously synced folder will remain where it is in File Explorer and they will not see the new shortcut in their OneDrive folder. This is a limitation of Public Preview which will be addressed before the feature is generally available.
These shortcuts will respect all policy, compliance, and permission settings from the source. If a user loses access to a shortcut, they will see an ?Access Denied? error when they next navigate into that shortcut and will be prompted to remove it.
This public preview will slowly roll out in early September (previously July).
We will move from public preview to general availability by mid-November (previously October).

MC211421 (Updated) The Planner app in Teams will be renamed with an updated experience powered by Planner and To Do Updated October 9, 2020; Rollout of the Planner experience in Teams desktop and Teams web to all non-Government tenants, worldwide, has completed. Users can now see their individual tasks and shared tasks in a single app in Teams. Next we will change the app name in Teams from ?Planner? to ?Tasks by Planner and To Do? later this month. We will make an additional update to this Message Center post when we kick off that change. Once we've made the name change, users will see a banner announcing the change. In the future, we will shorten the app name to ?Tasks?. These name changes will not impact the naming for Planner or To Do experiences outside of Teams. On Teams mobile, the Tasks app will begin rolling out in the coming weeks, and we expect it to be available to all non-government clouds in November.Note; We will communicate via Message center separately once we are ready to proceed with Government tenant (GCC, GCC-High or DoD) roll-out.

MC215017 (Updated) Outlook for Windows Introduces Roaming Signatures The feature is on by default.
Because this new feature is changing how Outlook manages signatures stored on a local drive, third-party add-ins which provided this functionality will no longer work when this feature is enabled. https://support.office.com/article/outlook-roaming-signatures-420c2995-1f57-4291-9004-8f6f97c54d15;Learn how to mitigate this for your users.

Review https://support.office.com/article/outlook-roaming-signatures-420c2995-1f57-4291-9004-8f6f97c54d15 Outlook roaming signatures options
The feature is on by default.

MC217339 (Updated) Add shortcuts to shared folders in your OneDrive in Public Preview During Public Preview, https://support.microsoft.com/office/add-shortcuts-to-shared-folders-in-onedrive-for-work-or-school-d66b1347-99b7-4470-9360-ffc048d35a33 this feature will be enabled by default and admins will be able to disable it using a script.
If you choose to opt-out, use the Set-SPOTenant command via Admin PowerShell.
The command is Set-SPOTenant -DisableAddShortcutsToOneDrive $true
When the feature is disabled, the command to add folders will be removed; any folders that have already been added will remain on the user?s computer.
Learn more; https://support.microsoft.com/office/add-shortcuts-to-shared-folders-in-onedrive-for-work-or-school-d66b1347-99b7-4470-9360-ffc048d35a33 Add shortcuts to shared folders in OneDrive for work or school.
Users will be able https://support.microsoft.com/office/add-shortcuts-to-shared-folders-in-onedrive-for-work-or-school-d66b1347-99b7-4470-9360-ffc048d35a33 add a shortcut to any shared folder from Shared with me or Shared libraries in OneDrive or from SharePoint.
