Microsoft Forms is a web app which can be accessed from a browser on desktop or mobile devices. The Office Mobile app is a single mobile app (iOS / Android) that combines Word, PowerPoint and Excel with exclusive features.
We are now integrating Forms into the Office Mobile app so users will be able to open recent Forms and create new forms from the Office Mobile app.

Android: Rolling out for Insiders in September and expect to be complete for all customers in October
